The Ministry of Labour & Manpower Planning proudly concluded its participation in GuyExpo 2025, held from Thursday, November 13 to Sunday, November 16, 2025. This yearโ€™s expo, guided by the theme โ€œTransformation Through Entrepreneurship & Innovation,โ€ brought together thousands of Guyanese to explore new ideas, services, and opportunities.

Throughout the four-day event, the Ministry premiered its short educational film โ€œImportant Matters,โ€ which provides the public with a clear understanding of the services offered across our departments.

In addition to the theatre experience, staff from the Department of Labour, the Occupational Safety and Health Department, the Board of Industrial Training, the Cooperative Department, and the Central Recruitment and Manpower Agency were present on the ground, offering guidance, addressing concerns, and engaging with citizens.

The Honourable Minister of Labour and Manpower Planning, Keoma D. Griffith, visited the expo, where he interacted with attendees at the Ministryโ€™s booth and also engaged with several other exhibitors across the event.

The Ministry extends sincere appreciation to everyone who visited our booth, viewed the film, and interacted with our team.

Our participation at GuyExpo 2025 was a meaningful success, and we remain dedicated to supporting Guyanaโ€™s workforce, ensuring safe workplaces, and empowering citizens through training and opportunity.
